Project overview
SenseCloud approached Inity Agency with a vision to revolutionize procurement management through AI. As a pre-seed startup, they needed to transform their complex technical concept into an intuitive, market-ready MVP that could serve both procurement and finance teams.
We partnered with their team to design a comprehensive platform featuring Aura – an AI agent ecosystem that monitors procurement data 24/7, analyzes patterns, and delivers proactive insights.

Challenges
Complex Data Visualization
Procurement data involves multiple layers – spend analysis, contract intelligence, supplier risk, and market monitoring. The challenge was presenting 90%+ classification accuracy metrics, contract renewal alerts, and savings opportunities in a way that enables quick decision-making without overwhelming users with technical complexity.
Making AI Understandable
SenseCloud's core value proposition centers on multiple specialized AI agents working behind the scenes. We needed to communicate how Aura orchestrates these agents (Spend Analysis, Contract Intelligence, Supplier Risk) in a way that builds trust and confidence for non-technical procurement leaders, without requiring them to understand the underlying ML algorithms.
Dual Persona Navigation
The platform serves two distinct user groups with different priorities: procurement teams focused on supplier management and contract oversight, and finance/operations teams concerned with cost control and spend recovery. The interface needed to accommodate both perspectives seamlessly while maintaining a cohesive user experience.

Solution
Confidence-Scored Data Architecture
We designed a progressive disclosure system that presents data with visual confidence indicators, allowing users to quickly identify what's verified, what needs review, and what's already optimised. Complex datasets are broken down into scannable cards with clear CTAs, transforming overwhelming procurement data into actionable next steps.
Human-Centric AI Storytelling
Rather than exposing technical AI operations, we created a narrative around Aura as a proactive team member. The interface shows what Aura is monitoring, what it's discovered, and what it recommends – making AI feel like a trusted colleague rather than a black box. Agent activities are surfaced through alerts and insights delivered contextually, helping users understand the value without needing to manage the complexity.
Adaptive View System
We implemented a dual-mode interface with a view switcher that allows users to seamlessly toggle between procurement and finance perspectives. Each view surfaces role-specific metrics, workflows, and priorities while maintaining consistent navigation patterns. This approach eliminated the need for separate dashboards while ensuring each persona gets precisely what they need to drive results.
